As an innovative medium-sized company, Novis develops and builds customized biogas plants. Our focus is on rare or difficult to ferment substrates. In addition, the company is involved in the utilization and upgrading of various residual materials and the development of innovative bio-based products.

These are your tasks:

•  Project preparation of biogas projects (proposal preparation, development of project outlines, economic feasibility studies, customer consulting,...)
• Preparation of feasibility studies
• Management of the planning phase of biogas plants (conceptual design, dimensioning, component selection,...)
• Preparation of technological specifications and tender documents / service specifications
• Processing and creation of process flow diagrams and site plans with views and sections up to the level of detail of a design plan
• Collaboration in approval procedures
• Project management of international biogas projects (time management, financial management, leading project meetings)
• Supervision of construction and commissioning and associated duty travel
• Collaboration in the preparation of operator documents (plant documentation, explosion protection documents, maintenance instructions)
• Collaboration and support of other business units if necessary

What you need:

• A degree/university of applied sciences degree in energy, process or environmental engineering or other related engineering sciences or equivalent training
• Experience in the biogas business desirable
• Willingness to travel
• CAD knowledge
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independence, ability to work in a team, initiative and a high level of commitment
• Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and support the management in this regard
