As an innovative medium-sized company, Novis develops and builds customized process engineering plants in the field of applied biotechnology. One focus is on biogas plants for substrates that are sometimes difficult or unusual to ferment. In addition, the company is involved in the utilization and upgrading of various residual materials and the development of innovative bio-based products. We are looking for reinforcement for the accounting department at the earliest possible date.

 These are your tasks:

• Project accounting
• Monitoring payments
• Preparation of invoices and digital transmission to the tax consultant
• Collaboration in other business areas

 What you bring with you:

• University degree or comparable educational qualification with professional experience
• Experience in accounting or administrative activities desirable
• Interest in the topics of sustainability, circular economy, product sustainability and/or climate change
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Very good MS Office skills
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and support the management in this regard
